Ticket & Event Terms

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Scope

These Ticket & Event Terms apply to tickets purchased for events organised by PEAK.lux a.s.b.l., unless different or additional terms are expressly stated for a particular event.

The following may also apply:

  • information published on the relevant event page;

  • conditions displayed during the ticket-purchase process;

  • the terms of the applicable ticketing provider;

  • venue rules;

  • security and admission policies;

  • instructions issued by competent authorities;

  • event-specific age restrictions or access conditions.

In the event of a conflict, mandatory legal requirements and specific conditions clearly communicated for the relevant event take priority.

2. Event Organiser

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page, the organiser is:

PEAK.lux a.s.b.l.
2, impasse du Ruisseau
L-5401 Ahn
Luxembourg

RCS Luxembourg: F13679

Email: peak.luxembourg@gmail.com

3. Ticketing Providers

Tickets may be sold through an external ticketing platform identified during the purchase process.

Depending on the event, this may include:

  • Paytix;

  • Weezevent;

  • Shotgun;

  • Resident Advisor;

  • another ticketing provider expressly identified on the event page.

The ticketing provider may process the order, payment, ticket delivery, customer account and refund procedure.

The terms and privacy policy of the relevant ticketing provider may therefore apply in addition to these Ticket & Event Terms.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of an event or ticket category does not constitute a binding offer until the purchase has been successfully completed and confirmed.

A binding contract is generally concluded when:

  1. the purchaser submits the ticket order;

  2. the required payment is successfully processed; and

  3. an order or ticket confirmation is issued.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing all information before completing the order, including:

  • event name;

  • event date;

  • venue;

  • ticket category;

  • number of tickets;

  • price;

  • age requirement;

  • contact information.

Obvious errors should be reported to the ticketing provider or PEAK as soon as possible.

5. Prices and Fees

The total price displayed before completion of the purchase applies.

Depending on the ticketing platform and payment method, the total price may include:

  • ticket price;

  • booking or service fees;

  • payment-processing fees;

  • applicable taxes;

  • optional products selected by the purchaser.

Any mandatory additional charges must be displayed before the order is completed.

6. No General 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Tickets for leisure events scheduled for a specific date or period are generally excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts.

Ticket purchases are therefore normally final once the order has been completed.

This does not affect:

  • statutory rights in the event of cancellation or a legally significant change;

  • an expressly offered cancellation or refund option;

  • ticket insurance or cancellation protection purchased separately;

  • mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are normally delivered electronically to the email address or customer account provided during the purchase process.

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address;

  • checking spam or junk folders;

  • ensuring access to the ticket before arriving at the event;

  • contacting the ticketing provider promptly if the ticket is not received;

  • protecting the QR code, barcode or other ticket identifier.

Failure to locate a ticket shortly before the event does not automatically entitle the purchaser to admission without verification.

8. Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid only for:

  • the event stated on the ticket;

  • the stated date or valid event period;

  • the relevant ticket category;

  • the permitted number of admissions.

Unless otherwise stated, each ticket permits one admission only.

A ticket may be rejected where it is:

  • invalid;

  • cancelled;

  • refunded;

  • duplicated;

  • manipulated;

  • fraudulently obtained;

  • already scanned;

  • used for a different event or ticket category.

Where multiple copies of the same ticket exist, the first valid scan may be accepted and later scans rejected.

9. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Private transfer of a ticket may be permitted where:

  • the ticket is not strictly personal;

  • the relevant ticketing provider allows the transfer;

  • the transfer complies with the applicable ticketing conditions;

  • the ticket has not been cancelled, refunded or previously used.

Where a ticket is personalised, the purchaser may be required to use the official name-change or transfer procedure.

The following are prohibited without PEAK’s prior written approval:

  • commercial or professional resale;

  • systematic resale for profit;

  • resale through unauthorised channels as part of a commercial activity;

  • use of tickets for competitions, promotions, hospitality packages or advertising by third parties;

  • misleading resale that suggests an official relationship with PEAK.

PEAK is not responsible for invalid, duplicated, overpriced or fraudulent tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers.

Mandatory rights concerning lawful private resale remain unaffected.

10. Admission Requirements

Possession of a valid ticket is required but does not remove the obligation to comply with the event’s admission conditions.

Admission may be refused where a person:

  • does not meet the stated age requirement;

  • cannot provide an accepted identity document where required;

  • presents an invalid, duplicated or manipulated ticket;

  • presents a ticket that does not belong to them where personalisation applies;

  • refuses a lawful security check;

  • carries prohibited or dangerous items;

  • presents a concrete safety risk;

  • is seriously intoxicated;

  • behaves aggressively, abusively or threateningly;

  • has previously been banned from the venue or event for legitimate safety reasons;

  • fails to comply with the venue rules or lawful instructions of event personnel.

Any admission decision must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.

11. Age Restrictions and Identification

Unless a different age limit is clearly stated for a particular event, PEAK events are generally restricted to persons aged 18 or over.

A valid official photographic identity document may be required.

The following may be refused:

  • photographs of identity documents;

  • screenshots;

  • photocopies;

  • expired documents;

  • student cards or other documents that do not provide sufficient official identification.

The age and identification requirements published for the specific event apply.

12. Security Checks

For safety reasons, visitors may be subject to reasonable admission and security checks.

These may include:

  • ticket verification;

  • identity verification;

  • bag inspection;

  • visual inspection of carried items;

  • security screening permitted by law;

  • verification of accreditation or wristbands.

Visitors who refuse a lawful and proportionate security check may be refused entry.

Security checks do not transfer responsibility for personal belongings to PEAK or the venue.

13. Prohibited Items

The following items are normally prohibited unless expressly authorised:

  • weapons and weapon-like objects;

  • explosives, fireworks and pyrotechnic items;

  • illegal substances;

  • dangerous chemicals;

  • glass containers;

  • sharp or dangerous objects;

  • large objects that may block escape routes;

  • laser pointers;

  • drones;

  • unauthorised professional photo, video or audio equipment;

  • items intended for unauthorised commercial activity;

  • objects that may endanger visitors, artists, staff or equipment.

Additional restrictions may be published for a particular event or venue.

Security personnel may refuse items that present a reasonable safety or operational risk even where they are not expressly listed above.

14. Conduct at the Event

Visitors must behave respectfully and follow lawful instructions issued by:

  • PEAK personnel;

  • venue personnel;

  • security staff;

  • fire and safety personnel;

  • medical personnel;

  • police or competent authorities.

PEAK does not tolerate:

  • violence;

  • threats;

  • harassment;

  • discrimination;

  • sexual harassment;

  • intimidation;

  • deliberate damage;

  • dangerous behaviour;

  • unauthorised access to restricted areas;

  • interference with artists, staff or technical equipment.

A visitor may be removed from the event for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

Where removal results from the visitor’s own serious misconduct, no refund is normally due, subject to mandatory law and the circumstances of the case.

15. Wristbands, Re-entry and Access Areas

An event may use wristbands, stamps, digital credentials or other access controls.

Visitors must not:

  • remove or transfer a wristband;

  • manipulate an access credential;

  • enter a restricted area without authorisation;

  • share crew, artist, backstage, VIP or accreditation credentials.

Re-entry is only permitted where this is expressly communicated for the relevant event.

Removing or damaging a wristband may invalidate the right to re-enter or access a controlled area.

16. Event Programme and Timetable

Published programmes and timetables may be adjusted for artistic, technical, organisational, operational, safety or regulatory reasons.

Possible changes include:

  • performance times;

  • stage allocations;

  • opening or closing times;

  • event routes or visitor flows;

  • production elements;

  • supporting artists;

  • running order.

Visitors should consult PEAK’s official website and communication channels for the latest event information.

Minor programme or timetable changes do not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Mandatory rights in the event of a substantial change remain unaffected.

17. Artist and Line-up Changes

Artist appearances may be affected by circumstances outside PEAK’s reasonable control, including:

  • illness;

  • travel disruption;

  • visa or border problems;

  • transport cancellation;

  • force majeure;

  • technical problems;

  • contractual breach by an artist or third party;

  • safety concerns.

PEAK may replace, remove or reschedule an artist where reasonably necessary.

The cancellation or replacement of an individual artist does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund where the event continues and its overall nature has not been materially changed.

Where a change fundamentally alters the event purchased by the ticket holder, PEAK will assess the available solution in accordance with mandatory consumer law and the circumstances of the case.

18. Venue Changes

PEAK may move an event to another venue where reasonably necessary for:

  • safety;

  • capacity;

  • licensing;

  • weather;

  • production;

  • technical;

  • operational;

  • regulatory reasons.

Ticket holders will be informed through appropriate communication channels where a venue change occurs.

A change within the same geographical area and offering a reasonably comparable event experience does not automatically result in a refund.

Where the new venue materially changes the contracted event, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

19. Event Rescheduling

Where an event is rescheduled, existing tickets will normally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated.

PEAK or the relevant ticketing provider will provide information concerning:

  • the replacement date;

  • continued ticket validity;

  • available refund procedures;

  • applicable deadlines;

  • any action required from ticket holders.

Refund rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law, the extent of the change and the circumstances of the event.

Refund requests must normally be submitted through the original ticketing provider and within any reasonable period communicated to ticket holders.

20. Event Cancellation

Where an event is cancelled and no replacement date is offered, ticket holders will be informed through the available communication channels.

Refunds will normally be processed through the original ticketing provider and the original payment method.

The refund procedure may require:

  • the order reference;

  • purchaser identification;

  • the original payment information;

  • compliance with a communicated claim procedure.

The refundable amount will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the conditions applicable to the purchase.

Separate expenses incurred by the visitor, such as travel, accommodation, meals or parking, are not normally reimbursed by PEAK unless PEAK is legally responsible for those costs.

21. Outdoor Events and Weather

Outdoor and semi-outdoor events may take place in changing weather conditions.

Rain, cold, heat, wind or other ordinary seasonal conditions do not automatically result in cancellation or a refund.

Visitors are responsible for:

  • checking the weather forecast;

  • wearing appropriate clothing and footwear;

  • following safety instructions;

  • bringing only items permitted by the event rules.

PEAK may modify, interrupt, delay, relocate or cancel part or all of an event where weather conditions create a safety, regulatory or operational risk.

Any refund or alternative arrangement will depend on the nature and extent of the change, applicable law and the circumstances of the event.

22. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

An event may be affected by circumstances outside PEAK’s reasonable control, including:

  • extreme weather;

  • natural disaster;

  • epidemic or public-health restriction;

  • war, terrorism or credible security threat;

  • civil disturbance;

  • strike;

  • transport disruption;

  • government or authority order;

  • failure of critical infrastructure;

  • major electricity or network failure;

  • venue closure;

  • emergency-service instruction.

PEAK will take reasonable steps to inform visitors and reduce the impact where possible.

The consequences for ticket validity, rescheduling or refunds will be assessed under applicable law and in light of the specific circumstances.

Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights.

23. Photography, Video and Audio Recordings by PEAK

Photography, video and audio recordings may be produced at PEAK events for purposes including:

  • event documentation;

  • aftermovies;

  • recap content;

  • social media;

  • the PEAK website;

  • press and public relations;

  • promotion of future events;

  • partner and sponsor reporting;

  • historical archives.

Attendance at the event does not remove visitors’ data-protection or personality rights.

The legal basis and use of recordings depend on the type of image, context and reasonable expectations of the persons shown.

Further information, including how to raise an objection or identify a particular published recording, is available in the Privacy Policy.

Visitors who do not wish to be deliberately photographed or filmed should notify the media team or event staff where reasonably possible.

24. Recordings by Visitors

Personal smartphone photography and short personal videos are generally permitted unless otherwise stated.

Visitors must not:

  • interfere with other visitors’ experience;

  • block escape or access routes;

  • use dangerous recording equipment;

  • enter restricted areas;

  • violate the rights of artists, visitors or staff;

  • make unauthorised commercial recordings;

  • record complete performances where prohibited;

  • use professional equipment without accreditation.

PEAK, the venue or an artist may impose additional recording restrictions.

Professional photography, filming, livestreaming, broadcasting and full audio recording require prior written authorisation.

25. Sound Levels, Lighting and Special Effects

Electronic music events may involve:

  • high sound-pressure levels;

  • strong bass;

  • flashing or stroboscopic lighting;

  • lasers;

  • smoke, haze or fog effects;

  • rapidly changing visual content;

  • special effects.

Visitors with epilepsy, hearing sensitivity, respiratory conditions or other relevant medical concerns should take appropriate precautions and seek medical advice where necessary.

Hearing protection is strongly recommended.

Visitors should move away from an effect or contact event staff if they feel unwell.

This information does not exclude or limit PEAK’s statutory health and safety obligations.

26. Accessibility and Special Assistance

Accessibility conditions may vary depending on the venue, particularly for castles, ruins, historical buildings, outdoor sites and temporary event structures.

Visitors requiring specific assistance should contact PEAK before purchasing or attending where possible:

peak.luxembourg@gmail.com

PEAK will provide available information and consider reasonable solutions, but cannot guarantee that every location or area is fully accessible where structural, heritage, terrain or safety limitations apply.

27. Food, Drinks and Alcohol

Outside food and drinks may be restricted for safety, licensing, hygiene or commercial reasons.

The specific event rules apply.

Alcohol may only be served in accordance with applicable law and licensing conditions.

PEAK and its authorised bar personnel may refuse alcohol service where required by law or where a person appears seriously intoxicated or presents a safety risk.

Visitors may not supply alcohol to persons who are not legally permitted to consume it.

28. Cashless Systems, Tokens and Deposits

An event may use:

  • cashless payment;

  • payment cards or wristbands;

  • drink tokens;

  • reusable-cup deposits;

  • other event-specific payment systems.

The applicable prices, refund rules and operating conditions will be communicated for the relevant event.

Event-specific tokens or balances may not be valid at other PEAK events unless expressly stated.

Any deadline for reclaiming an unused refundable balance must be clearly communicated and remain subject to applicable law.

29. Cloakrooms and Personal Belongings

Visitors remain responsible for their personal belongings unless an item has been formally accepted into a supervised cloakroom or storage service.

PEAK is not responsible for unattended, lost or stolen property except where liability arises under mandatory law.

Separate conditions may apply to a staffed cloakroom.

Lost-property enquiries should identify:

  • the event;

  • date;

  • item;

  • identifying features;

  • contact details.

PEAK cannot guarantee that lost items will be found or stored indefinitely.

30. Damage Caused by Visitors

Visitors may be held responsible in accordance with applicable law for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to:

  • the venue;

  • technical equipment;

  • decoration;

  • property of PEAK;

  • property of partners or suppliers;

  • property of other visitors;

  • persons present at the event.

Serious incidents may be reported to the competent authorities.

31. Liability

PEAK is liable in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability arising from:

  • intentional misconduct;

  • gross negligence;

  • death or personal injury;

  • violation of mandatory statutory duties.

Visitors remain responsible for risks resulting from their own unlawful, reckless or seriously negligent conduct.

32. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • PEAK’s Privacy Policy;

  • the privacy information of the relevant ticketing provider;

  • event-specific information where applicable.

This may include data required for:

  • ticket administration;

  • admission;

  • security;

  • guest lists;

  • customer support;

  • refunds;

  • legal compliance;

  • event communication.

33. Complaints and Customer Support

Questions or complaints should be sent to:

peak.lux a.s.b.l.
Email: peak.luxembourg@gmail.com

The message should include where applicable:

  • event name;

  • event date;

  • ticketing provider;

  • order reference;

  • purchaser name;

  • description of the issue;

  • relevant evidence.

PEAK will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

34. Applicable Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law.

Where the purchaser is a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in that country remain unaffected where legally required.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

35. Severability

If an individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

36. Changes to These Terms

PEAK may update these Terms for future ticket purchases and future events.

The version made available or accepted during the relevant ticket purchase generally applies to that purchase.

PEAK will not retroactively remove mandatory rights through a later version of these Terms.

Event-specific operational or safety information may still be updated where reasonably necessary.
